1. Overview & Operating Entity

If you have concerns about any charge or order, please refrain from contacting your bank initially. Reach out to us by email directly at contact@designest.pro, and we will process your refund as soon as possible.

These Terms of Service form a binding legal agreement between you and Designest (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us"), the independent sole operator of designest.pro.

Our core business is providing online interior and outdoor advertising design training, monthly subscription masterclasses, layout guidance, design template resources and related digital educational content built around our exclusive Core Design Framework. All content on this website is for personal learning and professional design skill improvement only, available via paid membership subscription.

By accessing, browsing or purchasing any service on designest.pro, you agree to fully comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Disclaimer and How to Cancel Subscription guide, all of which are integrated into this binding agreement.

2. User Eligibility Rules

2.1 Age Requirement

All users must be at least 18 years old to register an account or subscribe to membership plans on this website.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You shall keep your account login credentials confidential and bear all losses caused by unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

3. Membership & Recurring Subscription Terms

All monthly and annual membership plans operate on auto-renewal recurring billing rules:

  • You authorize automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method on each billing cycle anniversary until you manually cancel your subscription;
  • Subscription cancellation can be completed at any time via your personal account dashboard, and no extra cancellation administrative fees will be charged;
  • After successful cancellation, all member privileges including full article library access, exclusive training videos and template downloads remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle;
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused service time within an active billing period; full refund rules are specified separately in our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rules

All design training articles, tutorial videos, layout template files, website layout design and Core Design Framework training systems hosted on designest.pro are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, rent or commercially republish any site content without our written official permission;
  • Mass bulk downloading, automated data crawling, unauthorized screen-recording of training videos or content leakage for commercial use will result in immediate permanent account suspension without refund.

5. Prohibited User Conduct

While using our website and membership services, you agree not to perform any of the following actions:

  • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, violent, discriminatory or infringing activities;
  • Launch network attacks, exploit system vulnerabilities, disrupt website server operation or break site security mechanisms;
  • Abuse subscription video & article resources for mass distribution or commercial resale to third parties;
  • Post offensive, misleading, illegal, defamatory or hate speech content in any site interaction area including comment sections and consultation forms.
  • Submit malicious repeated chargebacks to payment providers without legitimate service quality disputes.

6. Service Limitation & Liability Statement

All digital educational materials provided on this site serve solely as spatial planning and visual design skill learning reference resources.

This platform does not provide architectural engineering certification, construction supervision, legal, financial or professional licensing consulting services of any kind. All design schemes, project decisions and commercial applications you make after consuming our training content are your sole responsibility, and we accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your personal application of our design training materials.

7. Third-Party Service Cooperation

We rely on trusted third-party payment processors, cloud video hosting and cloud storage providers to deliver articles, stream training videos and complete subscription billing transactions.

Third-party platforms operate under their own independent service agreements and privacy policies; our liability is limited only to design education content and membership subscription services directly operated on designest.pro, and we take no responsibility for failures or data risks caused by third-party service providers.

8. Account Suspension Conditions

We reserve full discretionary rights to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice if users violate platform rules, submit frequent unjustified chargebacks, steal copyrighted articles/videos or misuse exclusive Core Design Framework membership privileges for commercial profit.

9. Policy Modification Right

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time to match business updates, service adjustments and relevant regulatory requirements. The updated version published on this page takes effect instantly upon release, and your continued website access or subscription renewal confirms your full acceptance of all revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall first be resolved via friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at Ningguo City, Anhui Province for litigation resolution.
